To Whom it May Concern,

At the June 1, 2005 meeting of the Eight Streets Neighborhood Association, Neil Racanelli, owner of 289 Shawmut Ave, Unit 3, came to the neighborhood to obtain approval for making changes to his dormer and adding a new deck. Bruce Miller, Architect for Mr. Racanelli, presented the proposal and provided specifics to adding a new dormer to the rear of top floor; adding a new roof deck on the roof of the new dormer; and adding a new interior stair from the top floor to the roof which would provide access to a hatch to the new roof deck. The dormer would be extended to a full shed to provide them more room in one of their bedrooms as well as the bathroom.

No direct abutters were there to object and Mr. Racanelli presented several letters of support from neighbors. Eight Street members unanimously voted to not oppose the construction and changes.
