Dear Ms. Lorizio,

At last night's monthly meeting of the Eight Streets Neighborhood Association, Mr. Richard Katz appeared to make a presentation on his proposed restaurant and to seek our support for his having a malt beverage/wine/cordials license and an outdoor seating permit. As described, the restaurant, Picco, will be open from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM, will have indoor seating for 42 and an additional proposed 24 seats outdoors seasonally (April to October); the outdoor seating is to be cleared by 11:00 PM. Mr. Katz came to our meeting well prepared with all of the pertinent information and answered all resident questions fully.

Eight Streets NA Membership voted to not oppose the request for Mr. Katz to have a malt beverage/wine/cordials license and an outdoor seating permit as described here.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns on this subject.

Thank you.

Yours,

Tim Kozlowski
President
