To Whom it May Concern,
At the February 2, 2005 meeting of the Eight Streets Neighborhood Association, Braden
Plant, owner of 18 Dwight Street
came to the neighborhood support to attain approval for adding two decks to his
unit on the top two floors of the building. Mr. Plant presented diagrams and
photos showing that the top deck would be approximately 6 ft deep, the one
below it would be approximately 5 ft in consideration of the neighbor who lives
below him. He plans to join his fire escape with the neighbor next door. All members’ questions about this proposed
construction were fully answered. He also presented 30 signatures from
neighbors who approved his building of the decks. There were no direct abutters that were opposed to this construction.
Eight Streets Membership unanimously voted to not
oppose the construction of the two decks.
