83 Waltham
Street : Attorney Joseph Hanley
presented on behalf of Perry Geyer, who is looking into purchasing the property
at 83 Waltham street. 83 Waltham is a former lodging house (5 unit apartment
building) and he is proposing to restore
the building to the original residential building. Mr Geyer is looking for
approval to change occupancy to 3 residential units. Mr Hanley was also looking
to get approval for adding balconies and a roof deck which were not on the
agenda. Eight Streets Membership voted to not oppose this change [Note: letter
to ZBA, CC to Mr Hanley and Mr Geyer]

8 Bond Street : Owner John Maloof presented his plans to make
updates to 8 Bond St. Mr Maloof was looking for our approval on exterior work
in the building’s rear including dormer, roof and window work, adding decks and changing zoning from a one family to a two
family. This would
include modifications (change of shape and adding a storey) to the addition at the rear of the
building. Mr Maloof presented many
letters of approval from abutting neighbors.
Eight Streets Membership unanimously voted to not oppose the
changes [Note: letter to ZBA will be
sent at when owner is ready]

12 Bond
Street : Architect Arthur Choo came
to get approval for adding a deck to the top floor. Eight Streets Membership
voted to not oppose this change [Note: letter to ZBA, CC to Mr Choo]
